Random urban legend:

In 1938, Dali accuses Joseph Cornell of copying his surrealist ideas in film. Over this copyright infringement, Dali punches Cornell in the nose. Cornell buries his one Dali painting near his house in Flushing. This painting has yet to be discovered.
